A Little Gift for You...
This month's journalling session is available to everyone, thanks to an airline.
*This post comes to you courtesy of an airline who shall remain nameless, who decided to change the time of the flights that I had booked in the coming days.
Unfortunately this change means that I am now unable to run June’s ‘The Sunday Morning Journalling Club’, originally scheduled for this Sunday.
I am so sorry to have had to cancel it. For those of you for whom TSMJC is something of a ritual, you’ll know that I rarely alter the scheduling of the live session. I had also arranged for an email to be sent out to those who had booked on from Eventbrite - but several of your messages mean that I am not convinced that the email arrived for everyone! My apologies if you didn’t receive this for any reason.
The good news is that I have created June’s session and I have recorded it, ready for release at 7.55am on Sunday morning. We like routine over in this corner of the internet.
By way of an apology and in order to share the goodness that is this month’s session (the prompts are powerful ones), I have decided to make the video recording free and accessible to everyone.
For my paid subscribers, you can expect an extra little treat coming your way in the next week or so too.
If you have never attended or watched a session before, I would encourage you to give it a try. I started The Sunday Morning Journalling Club to provide a safe space where, even if you only journal once a month, you can access some new thinking and some time to reconnect back to yourself.
If you have been feeling overwhelmed, uncertain of your next move or even just a little bit lost, this is the sign you have been looking for. Set a reminder in your calendar for Sunday (or another day!) and keep an eye on your inbox for the video. All you’ll need is something to write on and something to write with. Drinks, pets, candles, PJs, blanket on the lawn…all optional.
The video will go live at 7.55am on Sunday 30th June, ready for 8am.
Let me know how you found it: which prompt drew out the most? Where did you go in your writing? How did you feel before and after? Send me a photo of where you settled down to write. As always, I’d love to hear all your thoughts.
I wish you a beautiful journalling session. I hope that you’ll wish me a journey without any further unexpected detours!
